Kerry Bubolz - Executive Vice President, Corporate Sales, Broadcasting &
Minor League Operations for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans
Arena. He oversees all aspects of the Cavaliers Corporate Advertising
Sales and Broadcasting efforts, in addition, Kerry serves in a leadership
role with the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League. He serves
as President of the team and is responsible for all business operations of
the team.
Jim Rocco - CEO of Creative Bubble New York. Jim has over a quarter
of a century of experience founding and operating innovative companies in
the video, Internet and entertainment industries. In 1996, Jim sold a
video solutions company to iXL, Inc., an Internet solutions provider that
he co-founded. As iXL's first president, Mr. Rocco helped lead the Company
to $500 million in revenue, 3,000 employees, and offices in 24 cities.
iXL, Inc. went public in 1999 reaching a $3 billion market valuation
before merging with Scient Corp.
Richard Keck is a partner at MACMILLAN KECK and practices in the area
of corporate and business law. Mr. Keck has extensive experience in
telecommunications law and policy, information technology, electronic commerce,
intellectual property, privacy and information security.
A member of the State Bars of New York and Georgia, and the Law Society of
England and Wales, Mr. Keck co-chairs the American Bar Association’s
Subcommittee on Connectivity, Storage and Computing Infrastructure, and
previously chaired the Communications Industries Committee and Multinational
Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee.

Forum on Franchising program. He is a member of the bar in Maryland
and the District of Columbia, and a member of the Panel of Neutrals
of the American Arbitration Association.
Stephen Costantino - Heads Business Development and Advanced
Platforms for Madison Square Garden. Stephen oversees all advanced
platform development for the Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, MSG Entertainment
as well as MSG Network and Fuse Music Television. He is responsible for
| developing the mobile strategy across all MSG businesses and for growing
those databases into viable marketing touch points.
